2) Current trends of using e-mail and social media to induce group or "concerted activities";

3)Penalties imposed by NLRB when employees are disciplined for engaging in "concerted activities" 

 4)Types of conduct that would cause employees to lose the protection of the law, even when he  engaged in "concerted activities."
